Registry Ceremony – $175
These guidelines are set by BDM for registry weddings
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of $100 is payable at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your ceremony.
- Available Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays
- Within the Hamilton area
- A maximum of 12 guests allowed. This includes the couple, guests, witnesses, and interpreter (if required)
- The ceremony must be held at either the celebrant’s home, your home, or a local park
- A professional photographer or videographer are not permitted
- Only the standard Births, Deaths & Marriages (BDM) ceremony script may be used
- A bridal party is not permitted

Registry-Style Ceremony - $350
Travel beyond Hamilton/Cambridge will incur an additional fee. This charge will be discussed and confirmed based on the distance and location of the ceremony. Standard Ceremony – $450

Travel beyond Hamilton/Cambridge will incur an additional fee. This charge will be discussed and confirmed based on the distance and location of the ceremony.

- Includes a rehearsal
- Choice of a standard ceremony script
- A professional photographer or videographer is permitted

- Audio equipment is provided for playing music during the ceremony
- Option to stamp/sign your vows

- Personalised written ceremony that shares your unique love story with family and friends
- Meeting with you to edit your ceremony script, and order of the ceremony
- Your family or friends can read a verse or reading during the ceremony
- I will liase with the vendors on day of the ceremony
